During her stay in Barbur Patricia O’Donovan did different things.
This is what she wrote to us:
“I experimented using for the first time a new knife on my paper cuts. I generally work with scissors.
As I use my paper cuts as images through which I let light go through, I projected shadows on the wall.
So then I started projecting shadows and using the shadows of the works by other artists in the gallery.
With left over papers cut out by Matan who came before me I added rods and invited the public to use shadows on the wall reacting to the exhibits.
And on Monday night I performed 5 times my miniature Shadow Peep Theater.
I really enjoyed it. It was great.”
